About the authors
Based at Michigan State University, the three researchers have field experience in Malawi, and lead climate resilient maize projects through the Global Center for Food Systems Innovation. Dr. Messina and Brad focus on harnessing big data to improve targeted use of drought tolerant seeds, and Dr. Snapp digs into the benefits of intercropping maize and pigeon pea.
